针对水电站水库调度采用统一调度规则指导水库运行,很少对旱情紧急状况进行界定、难以满足干旱期重要用水户需水要求的状况,提出流域旱情紧急启动条件,制定旱情紧急和正常情况下水电站水库的调度规则,建立了保证重要用水户基本需水和不破坏河流最小生态需水,同时使发电效益最大化的水电站水库优化调度模型,并采用粒子群优化算法求解。实例应用表明,提出的流域旱情紧急启动条件合理,考虑旱情紧急的水电站水库调度规则和模型有效。
In order to guide the operation of reservoirs by using uniform rules and regulations for reservoir hydropower stations, it is seldom to define the emergency situation of drought and it is difficult to meet the requirements of important water users in drought periods. The emergency conditions for launching drought in watersheds are proposed, The optimal scheduling model of hydropower station was established to ensure the basic water demand of important water users and the minimum ecological water demand of rivers, and to maximize the power generation efficiency. The particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve this problem. The example application shows that the proposed emergency conditions for drought emergency in the drainage basin are reasonable and the rules and models for reserving reservoirs in response to drought are effective.
