本工作研究了酰胺萃取硝酸铀酰过程中三相生成现象。结果表明,不同种类的酰胺在萃取铀(Ⅵ)时表现了很不相同的三相生成倾向。碳链α位支链的DB2EHA最为严重,其次是β位支链的DB2MBA和氮原子上烃基支链结构的DsBHA;长直链结构的DBOA在很高铀饱和度下都没有出现三相;在萃取体系中加入少量TBP时可以降低酰胺萃取铀(Ⅵ)过程中三相生成倾向。萃取络合物组成测定表明,在生成三相和不生成三相两种情况下,萃合物中具有相同的酰胺对硝酸铀酰的摩尔比,此比值为2:1。此外,在高铀饱和度下在DBOA-铀酰萃合物中可能还存在3:2络合物。
This work studied the three-phase formation of amide during uranyl nitrate extraction. The results show that different kinds of amides exhibit very different three-phase propensity to extract uranium (Ⅵ). The highest degree of DB2EHA in the α-chain branch of the carbon chain is followed by DB2MBA in the β-position and DsBHA in the nitrogen-atom branch. The long-chain DBOA shows no three phases at very high uranium saturation. The addition of a small amount of TBP to the extraction system can reduce the tendency of three-phase formation during amide extraction of uranium (Ⅵ). Extraction complex composition measurements showed that the molar ratio of amide to uranyl nitrate in the extract was 2: 1, both in the three-phase generation and the three-phase generation. In addition, 3: 2 complexes may also be present in the DBOA-Uranyl Complex at high uranium saturations.
