近来已经知道急性白血病细胞的染色体改变有临床诊断和预后意义。新近的显带技术染色法已使人们可以精确地识别每条染色体,并且可以确定各染色体上某一部分的异常。采用这些新技术,已使我们能对急性白血病的特殊核型发现一些规律性的改变。
It has recently been known that chromosomal changes in acute leukemia cells have clinical implications for diagnosis and prognosis. Recent banding techniques have allowed one to accurately identify each chromosome, and to identify abnormalities in some part of each chromosome. With these new technologies, we have been able to find some regular changes in the specific karyotype of acute leukemia.
