目的 探讨低分子肝素对大鼠肾缺血—再灌注损伤的防治作用。方法 建立肾缺血—再灌注损伤大鼠模型 ,实验动物随机分为正常对照组和低分子肝素治疗组及非治疗组。观察大鼠治疗前后肾组织中P 选择素表达、组织病理学与肾功能的改变 ,以及凝血指标和凝白酶原时间 (PT)、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间 (KPTT)的变化。结果 缺血—再灌注后大鼠肾脏P 选择素表达增高 ,出现明显的组织病理学改变及肾功能损害。低分子肝素治疗组肾组织中P 选择素表达受抑 ,病理学改变与肾功能损害减轻 ,且对PT和KPTT无明显影响。结论 低分子肝素对肾缺血—再灌注损伤具有防治作用 ,且对凝血指标PT和KPTT无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of low molecular weight heparin on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Rat model of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury was established. Experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group and low molecular weight heparin treatment group and non-treatment group. The changes of P-selectin, histopathology and renal function, as well as the changes of coagulation index, PT, KPTT in the kidney of rats were observed before and after treatment. Results The expression of P-selectin in rat kidney increased after ischemia-reperfusion, and obvious histopathological changes and renal dysfunction occurred. The expression of P-selectin in the low molecular weight heparin treatment group was inhibited, and pathological changes and renal dysfunction were alleviated. There was no significant effect on PT and KPTT. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has preventive and therapeutic effects on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury and no significant effect on coagulation index PT and KPTT.
