目的 :观察分析成人股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨组织结构特点。方法 :1 4例患者行膝前交叉韧带重建术、髁间窝成形时取股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨标本进行HE、甲苯胺蓝染色 ,分析组织学结构。结果 :浅表层软骨细胞伸长且长轴与关节表面平行 ,甲苯胺蓝染色淡染或失染。中间层较宽 ,含有较多随机分布的细胞 ;软骨细胞外观近似圆形 ,排列较散在 ,无明显方向一致性 ,细胞分布不均匀。深层软骨细胞呈球形 ,柱状层不明显 ,或具有不典型柱状层。组织HE染色“潮线”较完整。结论 :股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨因其解剖位置特殊 ,在组织结构上虽有一般软骨的共性 ,但不同于负重区软骨 ,有细胞散在 ,方向性不明显 ,并且不具备典型柱状层的特性
Objective: To observe and analyze the structure of cartilage in the lateral wall of adult femoral condyle. Methods: Forty-four patients underwent anterior knee cruciate ligament reconstruction. The intercondylar cartilage specimens from the lateral femoral condyle were stained with HE and toluidine blue to analyze the histological structure. Results: The superficial chondrocytes were elongated and the long axis parallel to the joint surface. Toluidine blue stain was lightly stained or lost. The middle layer is wider and contains more randomly distributed cells. The appearance of chondrocytes is similar to round ones. The chondrocytes are arranged in a scattered pattern with no obvious directional consistency and uneven distribution of cells. Deep chondrocytes are spherical, columnar layer is not obvious, or with atypical columnar layer. Tissue HE staining “tide line” more complete. CONCLUSION: The cartilage of the lateral femoral condyle has a common anatomical position because of its special anatomical location. However, unlike cartilage in the weight-bearing area, the cartilage is scattered and the directionality is not obvious, and there is no typical columnar layer characteristic
