伴随着电子产品高速化、高性能化,发热量的增大也逐渐成为一大问题。因此,通过改进微型管换热器形态以及结构部件,开发出能够应对不断增大的发热量的产品,增强散热能力具有重要意义。本文对于解决今后电子产品和电器控制器发热量增大的问题,对微型热管单体的热特性进行了改善。
Accompanied by the high-speed electronic products, high performance, increased heat has gradually become a major problem. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop products that can cope with the increasing heat generation and enhance the heat dissipation capacity by improving the shape and structural components of the microtube heat exchanger. This paper to solve the future electronic products and electrical controller heat increases, the thermal characteristics of the micro-heat pipe monomer has been improved.
