吐哈西部油田红南2块K1S2油藏为强水敏地层,压力敏感系数高,隔层条件差,自2004年投入开发以来,注入能力很低,多口注水井套管错断关井,油井见效严重滞后,注水井酸化增注效果差,表现为极易酸窜,酸后效果差等特点,本文根据低渗透油田的储层特征,分别从岩石矿物、入井流体和注水状况等实际资料入手,对影响注水能力的关键因素进行系统分析。在对历年来增注技术总价、评价的基础之上,利用五敏实验、防膨剂优选实验和常用酸液体积评价实验结果,采取重新进行岩芯五敏评价、增注酸液优选,压力效应分析等工作,提出应用匹配酸液、小排量泵施工实施酸化增注,施工过程严格控制施工压力和排量,采取双限设计,取得较好的增注效果,为同类型油藏增注提供了较好的借签意义。
