目的 对 36例窒息后新生儿脑血流参数进行钴价 ,对缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)程度进行观察。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声测量新生儿大脑中动脉 (MCA)收缩期血流速度 (Vs) ,舒张期血流速度 (Vd)及动脉阻力指数。结果 中、重度窒息患儿脑动脉血流速度低于正常组 ,RI指数重度窒息组高于正常组。结论 表明彩色多普勒超声是一种简便的无创有效的检查方法 ,提示观察窒息后新生儿脑血管收缩期、舒张期血流速度及阻力指数可作为评价脑损伤的指标。
Objective To evaluate the cerebral blood flow parameters of 36 neonates with asphyxia after cobalt aspiration and observe the extent of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the systolic velocity (Vs), diastolic velocity (Vd) and arterial resistance index in neonatal middle cerebral artery (MCA). Results, cerebral arterial blood flow in children with severe asphyxia was lower than the normal group, RI index severe asphyxia group was higher than the normal group. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is a simple and noninvasive and effective method of examination, suggesting that cerebral vascular systolic and diastolic blood flow velocity and resistance index can be used as an index to evaluate brain injury after asphyxia.
