目的：观察非洛地平缓释片（Ｆｅｌｏｄｉｐｉｎｅ－ＥＲ）对老年高血压病人无痛性心肌缺血（ＳＭＩ）的影响。方法：３８例老年高血压伴ＳＭＩ病人采用单项药物Ｆｅｌｏｄｉｐｉｎｅ－ＥＲ５～１０ｍｇ，每天１次口服，疗程４周。结果：降压总有效率８６．８％；ＥＣＧ总改善率５５．３％，缺血型ＳＴ段压低明显改善；对心率，血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显影响，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比治疗前明显增加。结论：Ｆｅｌｏｄｉｐｉｎｅ－ＥＲ可改善老年高血压病的无痛性心肌缺血，降低血压。
Objective: To observe the effect of Felodipine-ER on painless myocardial ischemia (MI) in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods: 38 elderly hypertensive patients with SMI were treated with single drug Felodipine-ER 5 ~ 10 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate of decompression was 86.8%; the total improvement rate of ECG was 55.3%; the depression of ischemic ST segment was significantly improved; but no significant effect on heart rate, blood triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol than before treatment increased significantly. Conclusion: Felodipine-ER can improve painless myocardial ischemia and reduce blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.
