目的应用小剂量As2O3治疗复发性急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL),研究其临床疗效及毒副反应。方法江苏省沭阳仁慈医院血液科18例复发的APL接受小剂量As2O3治疗,方法为As2O35mg/d(0.08mg/kg)静脉点滴,连续28d为一疗程,如未达完全缓释(CR),中间间歇14d,再进行第二疗程,若病情进展,则停止治疗。结果1~2个疗程后,14例(77.8%)达CR,2例死亡,2例未缓解(NP)。小剂量As2O3毒副反应较小,与传统剂量相比(10mg/d),其毒副反应明显减轻。结论小剂量As2O3是治疗复发APL有效方法,其作用机制主要是诱导分化。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of low dose As2O3 in the treatment of relapsed acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Methods A total of 18 relapsed APL patients in Department of Hematology, Shuyang Ren Ci Hospital of Jiangsu Province were treated with As2O3 at a dose of 0.08mg / kg for 28 days continuously. If no complete sustained release (CR) Intermittent 14d, and then the second course of treatment, if the disease progresses, then stop treatment. Results After 1 ~ 2 courses of treatment, 14 cases (77.8%) achieved CR, 2 died and 2 cases did not relieve (NP). Small doses of As2O3 toxicity less, compared with the traditional dose (10mg / d), the toxicity was significantly reduced. Conclusion Low-dose As2O3 is an effective method for the treatment of recurrent APL. Its mechanism is mainly induced differentiation.
