[目的/意义]图书馆用户参与数字馆藏建设模式应用过程中急需解决的问题是通过建立完善适用的激励机制来吸引用户积极参与。[方法/过程]根据马斯洛需求层次理论,参考国内外相关研究和实践,分析用户需求和参与动机。根据用户参与动机,借鉴百度知道等交互社区的用户激励机制,结合图书馆实际状况,探讨图书馆数字馆藏建设用户激励机制。[结果/结论]从积分悬赏规则、荣誉等级制度、团队组合形式3个方面初步建立具有一定可操作性的图书馆数字馆藏建设用户参与激励机制。
[Purpose / Significance] The problem that library users need to solve urgently in the application of digital collections construction mode is to attract users to actively participate by establishing and perfecting applicable incentive mechanisms. [Method / Process] According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, with reference to relevant research and practice at home and abroad, analyze user needs and motivation. According to the motivation of user participation, we draw on the user incentive mechanism of interactive communities such as Baidu Knowledge, and explore the incentive mechanism of digital library construction users based on the actual situation of the library. [Results / Conclusions] The preliminary incentive mechanism for users’ participation in the digital library construction of libraries has been initially established from three aspects: the reward points system, the system of honor grade and the team combination.
