目的:对比分析胺碘酮和心律平在急诊治疗快速型心律失常复律中的疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法:病例选择从2011年5月至2013年5月于宁波市北仑区中医院就诊的86例快速型心律失常患者,简单随机分为试验组43例和对照组43例,对照组患者给予心律平治疗,试验组患者给予胺碘酮进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效,两组患者治疗前后的心率变化情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后试验组患者总有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(74.41%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.46,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后心率明显改善,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后心率改善情况优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率(9.30%)明显低于对照组患者不良反应发生率(25.58%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.96,P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心律失常复律中的疗效显著,可以很好地稳定患者心率,且安全可靠,适合临床长期推广应用。
Objective: To compare and analyze the efficacy of amiodarone and heart rhythm in emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia and to explore its clinical applicability. Methods: From May 2011 to May 2013, 86 patients with tachyarrhythmia treated in Beilun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases), while patients in control group Flat treatment, test group patients given amiodarone treatment. Two groups of patients after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of heart rate changes before and after treatment in both groups and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate (93.02%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.41%). There was significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 5.46, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The heart rate of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). The improvement of heart rate after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant In the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group (9.30%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.58%). There was statistical significance (χ ~ 2 = 3.96, P <0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of amiodarone in emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia is significant, which can stabilize heart rate of patients and is safe and reliable, which is suitable for long-term clinical application.
