本文对30例实惠新生儿T细胞亚群及红细胞免疫功能作了动态观察,并与正常组36例对照,发现窒息息性期CD3、CD4、CD8及红细胞C3b受体花环率(EC3b-RR)明显降低(P<0.001,P<0.01),循环免疫复合物(CIC)明显升高,(P<0.025);CD4/CD8及红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)无显著变化(P<0.05)恢复期CD3较急性期明显升高(P<0.05)但仍低于正常组(P<0.01),余各项无显著变化;急性期上述各项变化的程度并未显示出与窒息程度一致。提示窒息使新生儿免疫功能明显受损,且2周内不能恢复。
In this paper, 30 cases of affordable neonatal T cell subsets and erythrocyte immune function were dynamically observed and compared with the normal group of 36 controls and found that asphyxia of CD3, CD4, CD8 and C3b receptor rosette rate (EC3b-RR) (P <0.001, P <0.01), and the level of circulating immune complex (CIC) was significantly increased (P <0.025). There was no significant change in the ratio of CD4 / CD8 and erythrocyte immune complex (E-ICR) (P <0.05). CD3 in convalescent phase was significantly higher than that in acute phase (P <0.05) but still lower than that in normal group (P <0.01), while there was no significant change in other terms. Did not show the same degree of asphyxia. Asphyxia neonatal immune function was significantly impaired, and can not be restored within 2 weeks.
