1.准确度对应的英文为(accruacy),这个词既可用于说明测量结果,也可用于测量仪器在的示值。当用于测量结果时,表示测量结果与被测量真值之间的一致程度。当用于测量仪器时,定义为测量仪器给出接近于真值的能力,所有这些场合,准确度均为一种定性的概念而非定量的。因此,准确度不象测量误差、测量不确定度,它不是物理量,没有一个定量的定度。测量误差定义为测量结果减被测量之真值,是两量之差,可以定量地给出。准确度则不能。所谓定量,就是用量值表达。例如,我们说某测量仪器的示值误差为-7.8mA,这是定量的表达,给出了量值,-7.8mA。但我们决不能说这一测量仪器的准确度为-7.8mA或是±7.8mA,或是小于等于7.8mA。当某个测量仪器的引用误差(fiducial error of a measuringinstrument)不大于0.01时(1%),往往按照有关该仪器的标准或检定规程,该仪器的准确度为1级。但只是准确度为1级而决非准确度为1%。注意:1%是个量值。

But only the accuracy of 1 and never the accuracy of 1%. Note: 1% is a measure.
