“惊蛰过、茶脱壳,春分至、茶冒尖,清明节、茶开园。”这一句易讲、易记而又富含哲理的茶谚,简单直白地描述了春茶的时间和发展轨迹。春天是最热闹的季节,无论是对茶人还是常人。在初春,等茶来是出现在茶人间最频繁的话题。我在想,那么多年了,关于春茶,我们还可以说些什么?从前,我们用茶谚这一文化方式概括和表述茶叶饮用和生产经验,采取口传心记的办法来保存和流传。现在,我们通过网络,动一动手指,所有信息都出现在一屏之中。因着互联网,我想着,春茶的周期正在慢慢变长。
