1目的 探讨保尔佳对膀胱癌细胞生长的抑制作用。 2方法 采用 MTT法检测了不同浓度的保尔佳对膀胱癌 BIU- 87细胞株生长的抑制作用 ,同时应用电镜观察保尔佳对 BIU- 87细胞超微结构的影响。 3结果保尔佳对 BIU- 87细胞株生长增殖有明显的抑制效应 (r=0 .882 ,0 .991,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,且随着药物浓度增高和作用时间的延长而加强。实验组 BIU- 87细胞也出现一定的超微结构改变。 4结论 保尔佳可抑制肿瘤细胞的生长
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Paorijia on the growth of bladder cancer cells. 2 Methods MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of baojiajia on the growth of bladder cancer cell line BIU-87. Meanwhile, the ultrastructure of BIU-87 cells was observed by electron microscopy. 3 Results Paul good on BIU-87 cell line proliferation was significantly inhibited (r = 0.882, 0.991, P <0.05, 0.01), and with the drug concentration increased and the role Time to strengthen and strengthen.
