在企业管理中,企业与员工可以实现共赢是稳定企业发展的重要源泉,因此我们应该合理配置和调动企业员工的积极性,从而实现共赢。我们要合理挖掘员工的潜力,将他们可创造性的资源都激发出来,这对企业的进步和发展都有着至关重要的作用。所以企业的管理者不仅需要从酬劳以及福利上让员工满意,更要关心员工的思想变化,为员工提供一个良好的职业发展平台。
In business management, the win-win situation between enterprises and employees can be an important source of stable business development. Therefore, we should rationally configure and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in order to achieve win-win situations. We need to properly tap the potential of our employees to motivate their creative resources, which are of crucial importance to the progress and development of our business. Therefore, the managers of enterprises not only need remuneration and welfare to make employees satisfied, but also need to care about the changes of employees’ thinking and provide employees with a good career development platform.
