铅是我国氯碱厂制电解槽、六六六设备管道等的原材料。以往我们采用重铬酸钾碘量法测定铅,分析一只样品要经过二次沉淀、过滤、洗涤等转移手续。做出一只分析结果,要花二天时间,往往不能得到满意的结果。由于手续繁琐、系统误差大,我们氯碱厂对铅的分析就做得很少。在国家提出优质、低耗、高产,向四个现代化进军中,厂里对原材料质量提出新的要求。利用旧的分析方法,不能适应生产要求。我们现在改用络合滴定代替老的方法,删去中间沉淀、过滤、洗涤等繁琐手续,分析一只平行样品时间,从二天缩短到一小时半,而且分析的准确度亦大大的提高。
Lead is China’s chlor-alkali plant electrolyzer, 666 equipment such as pipeline raw materials. In the past we used potassium dichromate iodometric method for the determination of lead, analysis of a sample to go through secondary precipitation, filtration, washing and other transfer procedures. It takes two days to produce an analytical result, often without satisfactory results. Due to cumbersome procedures, systematic errors, our chlor-alkali plant on the lead analysis done very little. In the country proposed high-quality, low-cost, high-yield, into the four modernizations, the factory put forward new requirements for the quality of raw materials. Using the old analytical methods, can not adapt to production requirements. We now use complexation titration instead of the old method, delete the intermediate sedimentation, filtration, washing and other cumbersome procedures, analysis of a parallel sample time, from two days to an hour and a half, and the accuracy of the analysis also greatly improved.
