目的评价米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于人工流产的临床效果。方法将200例孕6～10周患者随机分为观察组100例,对照组100例。观察组术前服用米索前列醇,术中宫颈注射利多卡因。对照组术前30 min宫术安栓(内蒙古津新药业)肛塞。比较两组宫颈软化情况、术中出血量、术中疼痛、术中不良反应及术后随访出血情况。结果观察组能缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,减轻患者痛苦。结论米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于人工流产在基层值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of misoprostol combined with lidocaine for induced abortion. Methods 200 cases of pregnant 6 to 10 weeks were randomly divided into observation group of 100 cases, control group of 100 cases. Patients in the observation group received misoprostol before surgery and intraoperative injection of lidocaine. The control group 30 min before surgery Gongshuan suppository (Inner Mongolia Jin new medicine) anal plug. Cervical softening conditions, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative pain, intraoperative adverse reactions and postoperative follow-up bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results observation group can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, reduce patient suffering. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with lidocaine for induced abortion should be widely used in the grassroots.
