企业在面对外部的市场竞争压力的同时,也应切实处理好企业财务预算管理工作。财务预算作为企业管理体系的不可或缺的重要环节,企业能够有效地发挥企业财务预算管理的功能,对于企业的运营及发展起到密不可分的影响。本文就围绕企业财务预算管理展开探究,发现管理过程中存在的问题,并针对性的提出合理可行的改进对策。
Enterprises in the face of external market competition pressures, but also should effectively handle the business of financial budget management.
