近年来,我国职业教育规模迅速扩大,职业教育在整个教育体系中的地位也越来越重要,但仍存在一些影响职业教育健康发展的深层次问题未能得到解决“其中最根本的问题之一是人才培养系统性的偏差,集中体现在人才培养的效果与市场需求之间的距离,而导致这一偏差的最直接原因是课程。”[1]因此,职业教育的各门课程要在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和考核方法等进行全面改革,并不断丰富其内容。本文的目的旨在从各方面说明影响职业教育课程改革的因素并提出具体的解决方案,以期我国职业教育课程的改革更适合并有利地促进职教的发展。
