砌体结构作为典型的复杂建筑体系之一,一直存在提升设计和施工效率的空间。随着近年来建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)技术在砌体上的应用,基于可视化模型的设计、施工、采购的工作方式逐渐被市场接受。本文根据美国《SMART/dynamics of masonry》电子刊物中“BIM-M(砌体BIM)进展”一文内容,进行了翻译、编撰、整理。着重介绍基于可视化BIM模型自动生成采购计划的准确性与完整性,并以洛杉矶地区一个实际工程案例,来验证BIM技术在混凝土空心砌块砌体行业中提高设计、施工效率的潜力。
Masonry structure As one of the typical complex building systems, there is always room for improvement in design and construction efficiency. With the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in masonry in recent years, the design, construction and procurement methods based on visual models have gradually become accepted by the market. This article has been translated, compiled and collated according to the article “Progress of BIM-M (Masonry BIM)” in the electronic publication “SMART / dynamics of masonry” in the United States. It focuses on the accuracy and completeness of automatically generating procurement plans based on the visual BIM model and validates the potential of BIM technology to improve the design and construction efficiency in the concrete hollow block masonry industry based on a practical project in the Los Angeles area.
