志愿服务队伍建设是社区老年体育志愿服务体系建设的核心工作,社区老年体育志愿服务缺失的主要原因之一就是志愿者数量严重短缺。老年人背后是数量庞大的家庭成员,家庭成员充当志愿者,可在数量上极大满足志愿服务需求,并且家庭成员的文化、职业背景广泛,具有可以期盼的志愿服务热情。本研究提出的基于家庭的社区老年体育志愿服务体系构建方案是:街道(社区)主要面向家庭开展志愿者招募工作,重点招募老人家庭中具有体育特长或其他与社区体育有关的专业背景人员成为社区老年体育志愿者,并通过类型不同的志愿者提供的体育活动组织志愿服务、健身指导志愿服务、信息志愿服务和体育设施建设志愿服务,实施社区老年体育志愿服务计划。
The construction of volunteer service team is the core work of community elder sports volunteer service system construction. One of the main reasons for the lack of community elder sports volunteer service is the serious shortage of volunteers.
