目的探讨早期肠内营养支持对重症脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法将60例急性重症脑卒中患者随机分为肠内营养治疗组30例和对照组30例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予立适康均衡营养流食;对照组给予普通流食鼻饲,疗程3周。住院第1天、第10天、第21天分别测2组患者血红蛋白、外周血清白蛋白、甘油三酯营养指标,并统计感染发生率及神经功能缺损评分。结果2组患者营养指标均下降,对照组下降更明显(P〈0.05);对照组感染发生率高于治疗组;治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善明显(P〈0.05),具有统计学差异。结论急性重症脑卒中患者早期进行均衡肠内营养支持治疗,可改善患者的营养状况,降低感染的发生率,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition support on the prognosis of patients with severe stroke. Methods Sixty patients with acute severe stroke were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was given Li Shikang balanced nutrition fluid diet; the control group was given ordinary fluid nasal feeding, treatment for 3 weeks. On day 1, day 10 and day 21, hemoglobin, serum albumin and triglyceride were measured in two groups, and the incidence of infection and neurological deficit score were calculated. Results The nutritional indexes of the two groups decreased significantly (P <0.05), the incidence of infection in the control group was higher than that of the treatment group (P <0.05), and the scores of neurological deficits in the treatment group were significantly improved (P <0.05) difference. Conclusion Acute severe stroke patients with balanced enteral nutrition support early may improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of infection and improve prognosis.
