液体氯是剧毒物质。在氯碱工业生产中,准确计量是保证正常和安全的关键之一。计量不准确可能引起设备恶性爆炸。我厂原来采用油压秤计量,这种称只能相对指示,误差较大,效果不好,且维护困难。因此迫切需要一种既简单又准确可靠的科学计量方法。我们于1970年3月开始进行用放射性同位素钴~60测量液体氯贮槽液位的试验。经六年多来的试运行,我们又作了不断改进,目前达到误差小、运行可靠的良好效果,深受工人师付欢迎。
Liquid chlorine is a highly toxic substance. In chlor-alkali industrial production, accurate measurement is one of the keys to ensure normal and safe. Inaccurate metrology may cause the device to explode. I used to measure the original plant hydraulic scale, which said only relative instructions, greater error, the effect is not good, and maintenance difficulties. There is an urgent need for a scientific method of measurement that is both simple and accurate. We started the experiment of measuring the liquid chlorine tank level with radioactive isotope cobalt ~ 60 in March 1970. After more than six years of trial operation, we made continuous improvements. At present, we have achieved good results with small errors and reliable operation, and are highly welcomed by workers.
