以250~400℃为活性测试温区,研究了氧化锌修饰的铁酸铜催化剂的水煤气变换性能。发现以2.5%ZnO修饰的催化剂表现出较高的催化活性,N2物理吸附、SEM、XRD、H2-TPR和CO2-TPD表征结果表明,适量ZnO的引入不仅能够促使CuFe2O4晶相发生转变,而且可以增强催化剂还原性能和增加弱碱性和中强碱性位点数量,同时也可改善铜铁之间的相互作用,从而提高了CuFe2O4的催化活性。
With 250 ~ 400 ℃ as the active test temperature, the water-gas shift performance of zinc oxide-modified copper ferrite catalyst was studied. The results showed that the catalysts modified with 2.5% ZnO showed high catalytic activity. The results of N2 physical adsorption, SEM, XRD, H2-TPR and CO2-TPD indicated that the introduction of proper amount of ZnO not only promoted the transformation of the crystalline phase of CuFe2O4, Enhance the catalytic reduction performance and increase the number of weakly basic and moderately strong basic sites, but also improve the interaction between the copper and iron, thereby enhancing the catalytic activity of CuFe2O4.
