脑心肌炎(EMC)病毒可感染人体。FK565是合成的免疫活性肽,激活机体的防御机制。本文观察FK565治疗实验动物急性EMC病毒心肌炎的作用。方法实验包括体内和体外二部分。体外试验:FK565抗病毒活性应用斑块减少法来分析。对病毒繁殖的抑制按Morahan法来测定。体内试验:4周BALB/C /小鼠用悬浮于0.1ml磷酸缓冲液中100斑块单位的EMC病毒腹腔接种。实验1用于评估病毒滴度和心脏组织学。第一组(n=10)
The encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus can infect the human body. FK565 is a synthetic immunologically active peptide that activates the body’s defense mechanism. This article observed the role of FK565 in the treatment of acute EMC viral myocarditis in experimental animals. Methods Experiments consist of two parts, in vivo and in vitro. In vitro assay: FK565 antiviral activity was analyzed using the plaque reduction method. Inhibition of virus propagation was measured by the Morahan method. In vivo tests: 4 weeks BALB/C/mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with 100 virus plaques in 100 plaque units of EMC virus. Experiment 1 was used to evaluate virus titer and cardiac histology.
