体育舞蹈不仅在专业院校内开展火热,并且已经逐步进入普通高校,除体育专业学生外,也成为了公共体育课程的一大热点,本文采用自然辩证法原理对普通高校体育舞蹈的教学方法进行论述,用发展的眼光看待体育舞蹈的发展,以及采用量变与质变的辩证关系等自然法原理对科学进行体育舞蹈教学提供坚实的理论基础,本文主要表现出作者对于公共体育舞蹈教学方法的看法,并且针对现行体育舞蹈教学方式提出一些可行性建议。
