用一个冬大麦育种程序中的七个 F_1代杂种比较了产生大麦单倍体的两种主要枝术—花药培养和球茎大麦(Hordeum bulbosum)法的相对反应。对具相同重复数的同类植株施用了这两种技术。从所用供体植株的420个穗子获得358个绿色植株,其中通过花药培养获得147株,通过球茎大麦法获得211株。通过资料分析,我们发现对这两种技术的反应没有显著差异。基因型效应和基因型×技术互作是极显著的。讨论了在一个加倍单倍体产生程序中将这两种技术结合起来的可能性。
The two main branches of barley haploid generation, the relative reaction of anther culture and Hordeum bulbosum, were compared using seven F1 generation hybrids in a winter barley breeding program. Both plants are administered the same plants with the same number of repeats. 358 green plants were obtained from 420 ears of donor plants used, of which 147 were obtained by anther culture and 211 were obtained by bulbar barley method. Through data analysis, we found no significant difference in response to these two technologies. Genotype effect and genotype × technology interaction is extremely significant. Discusses the possibility of combining these two technologies in a doubling haploid generation program.
