为了解决一些具有高黏度、易结垢性质的热敏性中药提取液的蒸发浓缩问题,设计研究了一套高效、节能的机械蒸汽再压缩热泵蒸发浓缩系统,并以常见的4种中成药品(清热解毒口服液、感冒清热颗粒、六味地黄丸、天麻片)为原料进行实验研究。结果表明,这4种药品沸点温升较低,平均在1℃左右,适用于MVR热泵蒸发浓缩系统;系统蒸发量、COP、SMER均随压缩比变化明显;该系统相比单效蒸发,可以节约70%以上的运行费用;对于双效蒸发,节约60%~70%;对于三效蒸发,节约40%左右的费用,节能效果较为显著。
In order to solve the problem of evaporation and concentration of some thermosensitive traditional Chinese medicine extracts with high viscosity and scaling properties, a set of efficient and energy-saving mechanical vapor recompression heat pump evaporation and concentration system was designed and studied. Four common Chinese medicines (heat-clearing Detoxification oral liquid, cold heat particles, Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, Tianma tablets) as raw materials for experimental study. The results show that the boiling point of these four drugs is lower at an average temperature around 1 ℃, which is suitable for the MVR heat pump evaporation and concentration system. The evaporation, COP and SMER of the four drugs all change with the compression ratio obviously. Compared with single-effect evaporation, Save more than 70% of the operating costs; for double-effect evaporation, saving 60% to 70%; for three-effect evaporation, save about 40% of the cost, energy-saving effect is more significant.
