在盐膏层等复杂地层钻探过程中 ,常规钻井液易受到盐、膏等的污染 ,导致钻井液性能恶化 ,维护处理复杂 ,甚至引发钻井事故。针对此类地层 ,研制了抗盐、抗钙能力强的高密度有机盐钻井液。通过大量的试验 ,优选与有机盐相配伍的处理剂 ,优化处理剂加量 ,确定了有机盐钻井液配方为 :水 +0 .5 %Na2 CO3 +(3%~ 4 % )抗盐粘土 +(0 .15 %~ 0 .2 % )XC +(1.5 %~ 2 .5 % )降滤失剂 +(5 0 %~ 130 % )复合有机盐 +2 %无荧光防塌剂 +1.0 %聚合醇 +加重剂。并对该钻井液体系的流变性、抑制性、抗温性、抗盐、抗钙能力、固相容量等进行了评价。结果表明 ,该钻井液体系性能稳定 ,抑制性、抗污染能力强 ,固相容量限高。 2 0 0 3年该高密度有机盐钻井液在家 5 9井现场应用中 ,钻井液性能稳定 ,携砂能力强 ,维护处理简单 ,解决了盐膏层钻进中的钻井液技术难题 ,避免了复杂及事故的发生 ,安全顺利钻穿了该井沙二段 341m的复杂盐膏层。
