对吉林3号、晋豆2号结荚后进行遮光试验,定株与抽样观测了遮光与对照荚、粒数、拉厚与叶、荚干重增加过程之差异, 及总 N 与~(15)N 在花荚、叶、茎、根中之分配及其随时间变化之差异。试验初步证明:1.始荚后遮光使节数、分枝数与上部荚、粒数减少,并加快灌浆鼓粒与成熟;2.在结荚鼓粒前期,遮光者 N 主要输往荚、粒,而对照输往新生茎节之 N 较多,这是遮光加速发育与成熟的原因之一;3.始荚后遮光最终因减少荚、粒而减产。
