目的:探索我国不同胎龄胎儿体重孕周均值时间段增长趋势及性别差异规律。方法:根据1986年中国15城市不同胎龄新生儿体重均值和刘惠龙等2005年深圳不同胎龄初生儿体重均值进行综合分析比较。结果:在孕28～36周胎龄段,2005年深圳孕周体重均值低于1986年中国15城市,平均每个孕周均值减少0.16 kg;在孕37～44周胎龄段,深圳孕周体重均值高于1986年中国15城市,平均每个孕周均值增加0.06 kg;t检验,P<0.01、<0.05占大多数。2005年深圳不同胎龄初生儿男性体重孕周均值明显高于女性,平均每个孕周男比女增加0.16 kg。经t检验,P<0.01、<0.05占多数。结论:2005年深圳不同胎龄初生儿(男+女)孕37～44周胎龄段的体重孕周均值比1986年中国15城市不同胎龄新生儿体重孕周均值有显著的提高。我国不同胎龄胎儿体重孕周均值明显受到籍贯因素的影响,存在北部省份均值高南部省份均值低的地区性差异,又存在明显的时间段(19年间隔)增长趋势规律。我国不同胎龄胎儿,在孕28～44周胎龄段,宫内体重孕周均值存在非常明显男高女低的性别差异规律。
Objective: To explore the growth trend and gender differences of gestational weeks in different gestational age fetuses in China. Methods: According to the weight average of newborns with different gestational age in 15 cities of China in 1986 and the weight average of newborn infants of different gestational age in Shenzhen in 2005 such as Liu Huilong, etc. Results: At gestational age of 28-36 gestational weeks, the weight of gestational weeks in Shenzhen in 2005 was lower than that of 15 cities in China in 1986, with an average reduction of 0.16 kg per gestational week. In gestational age of 37-44 weeks of gestation, Shenzhen gestational age The average body weight was higher than that of 15 Chinese cities in 1986, with an average increase of 0.06 kg per gestational week; t test, P <0.01, <0.05 accounted for the majority. In 2005, the average gestational age of the male with different gestational age in Shenzhen was significantly higher than that of the female with an average of 0.16 kg per male than that of the female. After t test, P <0.01, <0.05 accounted for the majority. CONCLUSIONS: The mean gestational weeks of gestational age of 37-44 gestational age neonates with different gestational age (male + female) in Shenzhen in 2005 were significantly higher than those of gestational age in newborns of 15 gestational age in China in 1986. The average gestational age of fetuses with different gestational age in China was significantly affected by native factors. There was a regional difference in the mean of southern provinces with high mean and high in southern provinces, and there was a clear trend of increasing trend in time (19 years interval). China’s different gestational age fetus, gestational age at 28 to 44 gestational age, intrauterine weight gestational age mean there is a clear gender difference in male and female law.
