高速切削加工技术具有生产效率高、切削力小、表面质量好、加工精度高、生产成本低等优点,然而高速加工也存在缺陷,例如,加工过程中经常会产生锯齿形切屑,这种锯齿形切屑几乎影响高速加工过程的各个方面,如切削力,切削温度,刀具磨损和寿命以及加工表面完整性。因此,有必要研究锯齿形切屑的形成机理。而研究锯齿形切屑需要一套专门的试验设备,为此本文开展了爆炸式高速切削试验装置的研究。
High-speed machining technology has the advantages of high production efficiency, small cutting force, good surface quality, high machining accuracy and low production cost. However, high-speed machining also has defects such as sawtooth-shaped chips often generated during the machining process. Swarf affects almost all aspects of high-speed machining, such as cutting force, cutting temperature, tool wear and life, and machined surface integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanism of sawtooth chip formation. The study of sawtooth chip requires a set of specialized test equipment, this paper carried out explosive high-speed cutting test device.
