目的了解深圳市福田区中学生饮食行为,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对福田区781名中学生进行青少年健康危险行为问卷调查。结果福田区中学生每天吃水果的占47.12%,每天吃蔬菜的占77.34%,每天喝牛奶的占40.59%,每天吃早餐的占74.39%,每天喝汽水、每天吃甜点、频繁吃西式快餐报告率分别为15.24%,17.80%和15.88%。结论应对不健康饮食行为采取有效的营养干预措施。
Objective To understand the dietary behaviors of middle school students in Futian District, Shenzhen, and to provide the basis for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods A total of 781 middle school students in Futian District were investigated by questionnaire about health risk behaviors among adolescents. Results Futian District, secondary school students eat fruits every day, accounting for 47.12%, 77.34% of vegetables a day, 40.59% of daily drinking milk, 74.39% of daily eating breakfast, eat soft drinks every day, eat desserts frequently, eat Western fast food report rate Respectively 15.24%, 17.80% and 15.88%. Conclusion Effective nutrition intervention should be taken for unhealthy diet.
