2016年2月17日,财政部、税务总局、住房城乡建设部发布《关于调整房地产交易环节契税、营业税优惠政策的通知》(以下简称《通知》),宣布自2016年2月22日起,调整房地产交易环节契税、营业税政策。楼市利好政策接二连三,旨在引导刚需入市。由此,2016年中国楼市去库存值得期待。需要指出的是,中央与地方政府都在发力楼市去库存,政策宽松大势所趋,全国楼市需求将逐步释放。新政策的作用
