绿脓杆菌产生多种色素,如绿脓菌青素、荧光素、绿脓菌红素和绿脓菌黑素。绿脓菌黑素是绿脓杆菌中的一种黑色素样的复合物,有人报告它是由酪氨酸合成,其氨基酸组成,结合蛋白质及合成途径不同于动物的黑色素。作者应用一株只产菌黑素和荧光素,不产其它色素的绿脓杆菌作为供体菌株,其血清型为M型。用另一株只产菌青素和荧光素而不产生菌黑素的绿脓杆菌作为受体菌株,血清型为Ⅰ型。以这两株菌按Khan和Sen氏改良法进行转移实验。并用含酪氨酸的T—培养基和不含酪氨酸的TL—培养基鉴
Pseudomonas aeruginosa produces a variety of pigments, such as pyocyanin, fluorescein, pyocyanin and pyocyanin melanin. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a melanoid-like complex in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has been reported that it is synthesized from tyrosine. Its amino acid composition, binding protein and synthetic pathway differ from that of animal melanin. The authors used a strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa that produced only melanin and fluorescein and did not produce any other pigments. The serotype was M-type. Another strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which produces only cyanidin and fluorescein but not melanin, was used as the recipient strain. The serotype was type I.
