本文报道用大耳白兔复制高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化模型,并进行了超声波消除高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化效果的探讨。造型后兔血清胆固醇含量明显增多,出现主动脉和冠状动脉粥样硬化病变,而超声波治疗后主动脉和冠状粥样硬化病变明显消除,血清胆固醇含量也显著降低。显示了超声波有明显的治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
This paper reports the use of large white rabbits replication of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis model, and the role of ultrasound in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Serum cholesterol levels increased significantly after modeling, showing aortic and coronary atherosclerotic lesions, and ultrasound treatment of aortic and coronary atherosclerotic lesions were significantly eliminated, serum cholesterol levels were significantly lower. Shows that ultrasound has a clear therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis.
