目的:了解合肥市基层医疗机构安全注射的消毒与管理情况以及基层医护人员对安全注射的认知情况。方法:调查采用分层随机的方法,在合肥市每个县市区随机抽查5个社区卫生站或村卫生室。采用自行设计问卷,对卫生站或卫生室进行调查,对现场的操作和处置情况进行观察和记录;随机访谈在场的医护人员及每个调查点附近的居民,调查其认知情况。结果:45家基层医疗机构一次性注射器使用率为100%,使用后针头与普通垃圾混在一起占15.6%。辅料、清创器械等非一次性物品使用前完全不消毒的占20%。基层医护人员与居民对安全注射概念理解正确率分别62.2%和31.1%。结论:当前合肥市社区卫生站和村卫生室存在医疗垃圾与普通垃圾混在一起现象,经血和接触皮肤、粘膜的器械与用品有造成医源性感染隐患,基层医护人员与居民对安全注射知识了解匮乏。
Objective: To understand the safety of primary medical institutions in Hefei disinfection and management of the situation as well as grassroots health care workers on the safety of injection cognition. Methods: The survey was conducted by stratified random method and randomly selected 5 community health stations or village clinics in each county and city area in Hefei. A questionnaire was designed to investigate the health station or clinic and observe and record the operation and disposal of the site. Random interviews with medical staff and residents near each survey site were conducted to investigate their cognition. Results: The utilization rate of disposable syringes in 45 primary medical institutions was 100%, and the needles mixed with ordinary rubbish accounted for 15.6% after use. Excipients, decontamination equipment and other non-disposable items completely disinfected before use accounted for 20%. The correct understanding of the concept of safety injection by primary health care workers and residents was 62.2% and 31.1% respectively. Conclusion: At present, there is a phenomenon that medical waste and ordinary garbage are mixed together in community health stations and village clinics in Hefei City. The problems of iatrogenic infection caused by menstrual blood and contact with skin and mucous membranes are caused by equipment and supplies, and grassroots health care workers and residents know about injection safety Scarce.
