进行厚料层烧结不仅使烧结矿的质量得到提高,而且固体燃料消耗大大减少,这将有利于减少碳排放。目前采用超厚料层烧结的企业都是粉矿烧结,精粉率不足10%,且会带来透气性变差、产量降低的情况。针对太钢烧结原料特点,为探求精矿烧结超厚料层烧结技术,进行实验室试验研究。结果表明,精矿原料条件下,在强化制粒效果、优化燃料粒度、配用复合黏结剂、采用预制粒等有效措施后,将料层厚度提高为800~900mm,烧结矿的矿物结构改善,产量、质量指标得到保证,固体燃料消耗大大降低,达到预期效果。
