目的:探究老年重型高血压脑出血经全身亚低温治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院2014年6月~2015年9月收治的82例老年重型高血压脑出血患者,按照患者住院的先后顺序,分成观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组之上联合全身亚低温治疗,对比两组脑内血肿和血肿四周体积、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应情况。结果:两组脑部血肿体积、血肿四周水肿体积、神经功能评分比较,P<0.05。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为:17.08%、0%,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:全身亚低温对老年重型高血压脑出血治疗,可有效缩小患者脑部血肿、血肿四周水肿的面积,并能促使患者及早恢复脑部神经损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of systemic hypothermia on senile patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 82 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from June 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy. The observation group was combined with systemic mild hypothermia on the control group. The intracerebral hematoma and hematoma volume, the neurological deficit score and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The volume of hematoma, the volume of edema around hematoma, and the score of neurological function of two groups were compared (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 17.08% and 0% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The whole body hypothermia treatment of senile patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the area of brain hematoma, edema around the hematoma, and can prompt the patient to recover the nerve damage of the brain as soon as possible.
