内河水域旅游景区各种设施简陋,管理氛围不佳,从业人员素质低下,严重影响旅游治安管理和旅游业发展。为切实做好内河水域旅游治安管理工作,应建立全方位的治安防控体系,完善监控系统和水上救助中心,强化对游乐设施的质检和安全检查,强化对景区旅游车船的统一管理,强化对治安和安全的预警工作与警示教育。
