目的探讨腹横纹处小切口疝囊高位结扎术式结合无创皮内缝合术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝165例。结果术后切口甲级愈合158例(95.76%)。术后出现阴囊水肿4例(2.42%);阴囊血肿1例(0.60%);切口感染1例(0.60%);复发1例(0.60%),再次手术后痊愈。结论该术式操作简单,手术后恢复快,创伤小,具有微创和安全经济的效果,可在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high ligation of small incision hernia sac on the ventral stripes and noninvasive intracutaneous suture in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of inguinal hernia in 165 cases. Results Postoperative incision grade 158 healed (95.76%). There were 4 cases (2.42%) of scrotal edema, 1 case (0.5%) of scrotal hematoma, 1 case (0.60%) incision infection, 1 case (0.60%) recurred after operation and recovered after operation again. Conclusion The operation is simple, rapid recovery after surgery, less trauma, with minimally invasive and safe and economical effect, which can be popularized and applied in primary hospitals.
