当今世界,各国之间的博弈错综复杂,而文化软实力的较量是一种新的趋向。具有五千年文明史的中国,文化软实力却与综合国力不相匹配。为了增强中国文化软实力,促进中国哲学社会科学研究的国际化,提升其国际话语权,是一种有效的战略选择。因此,立足西方与中国哲学社会科学话语体系的二重维度,具象考量中国哲学社会科学国际话语权的价值意蕴,科学认识提升中国哲学社会科学国际话语权的取向,必会提升中国文化软实力。
In today’s world, the game between countries is intricate, and the contest of cultural soft power is a new trend. With a history of five thousand years of civilization, China’s cultural soft power does not match its overall national strength. In order to enhance China’s cultural soft power, promote the internationalization of Chinese philosophy and social science research and enhance its international discourse power, it is an effective strategic choice. Therefore, based on the dual dimensions of the discourse system of philosophy and social sciences in the West and China, it is necessary to consider the value implication of international discourse right in Chinese philosophy and social sciences and to enhance the orientation of international discourse right in Chinese philosophy and social science through scientific understanding.
