惠州工程技术学校的创新德育模式“三合德育”(即“校企合作、教管融合、知行合一”)现已在学校全面推行。其中,校企合作是“三合德育”的基本内涵之一,也是“三合德育”实施的重要平台,对采用“教管融合”的手段,培养“知行合一”的学生具有重要的意义。对“三合德育”模式在校企合作方面的具体实践进行研究。
