中国已成为遭受国际经济摩擦最严重的国家,摩擦领域已从微观经济领域迅速蔓延到市场经济地位、人民币汇率、贸易环境、制度环境等宏观经济领域,甚至在逐步侵蚀中国基本的经济制度。中国不仅是一个经济快速增长的发展中国家,而且是一个具有全球影响力的正在崛起的大国,同时还是仅存的社会主义大国,诸多因素决定了中国面临世界经济摩擦的复杂性。中国在应对世界经济摩擦时,应具有战略思维,在全局上从历史的高度予以战略应对。
China has become the country that suffers the most serious international economic friction. The friction area has rapidly spread from the micro-economic area to the market economy, the macroeconomic areas such as the RMB exchange rate, the trade environment and the institutional environment, and even gradually eroding China’s basic economic system. China is not only a developing country with a fast-growing economy, but also a rising power with global influence and the only remaining socialist power. Many factors determine the complexity of China’s economic friction with the world economy. When dealing with the friction in the world economy, China should have strategic thinking and make strategic responses to the overall situation from a historical perspective.
