从中药苦豆子(SophoraalopecuroidesL.)中提取生物碱槐定碱(sophoridine),采用改良的Sander-Cramer方法进行体外抑精实验。结果揭示,槐定碱立即制动精子的最低有效浓度为11g/L,且抑精活性的强弱存在着明显的量效关系。5.5~55g/L浓度的药液不抑制阴道正常菌群乳酸杆菌的生长、繁衍。
The alkaloid sophoridine (Sophoridine) was extracted from Sophora alopecuroides L. and the modified Sander-Cramer method was used to perform in vitro anti-serum experiments. The results revealed that the minimum effective concentration of spermidine for immediate immobilization of spermatozoa was 11 g/L, and there was a clear dose-effect relationship between the inhibitory activity and the inhibitory activity. Concentrations of 5.5 to 55 g/L do not inhibit the growth and reproduction of Lactobacillus.
