目的:建立涉水产品浸泡液中锡的测定方法,同时优化了仪器条件、体系酸度和还原剂碱度等测定条件。方法:AFS法测定涉水产品浸泡水中Sn,灯电流70 mA,负高压310 V,介质酸度1.0%盐酸,NaBH4浓度10.0 g/L(溶于8.0 g/L NaOH溶液中)。结果:锡在0μg/L~10.0μg/L线性良好,相关系数r在0.9995以上,检出限为0.20μg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.5%,回收率在91%~99%。结论:该方法适用于浸泡液中Sn的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of tin in wading liquid of wading products, and optimize the instrument conditions, the acidity of the system and the basicity of reducing agent. Methods: AFS was used to determine Sn in wading water of wading product. The lamp current was 70 mA, negative high voltage was 310 V, medium acidity was 1.0% hydrochloric acid, NaBH4 concentration was 10.0 g / L (dissolved in 8.0 g / L NaOH solution). Results: The calibration curve was linear between 0μg / L and 10.0μg / L. The correlation coefficient r was above 0.9995, the detection limit was 0.20μg / L, the relative standard deviation was less than 3.5%, and the recovery was between 91% and 99%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of Sn in soaking solution.
