中国房地产业经过十多年的发展,产业规模不断扩大,但由于该行业发展时间较短、经验不足,在为国民经济发展做出贡献的同时,房地产市场表现出来的相关问题也困扰着大家;尽管政府对房地产市场实施了严厉的调控措施,但收效甚微,房地产行业也因此出现下行趋势。房地产业对国家发展起着重大的作用,并且房地产与其他行业有很高的关联度,范围比较宽泛,直接影响到我国民生问题,所以中国房地产未来该如何发展就显得很重要了。文章通过研究中国房地产业的发展背景,分析了现有房地产业面临的新形势,进而探求新形势下中国房地产营销策略的调整。
After more than a decade of development, China’s real estate industry has been expanding in scale. However, due to its short development period and lack of experience, the real estate market has plagued the related problems that it has shown in the real estate market while contributing to the development of the national economy. Despite the government’s stringent control measures on the real estate market, it has had little effect and the real estate industry has seen a downward trend. The real estate industry plays a significant role in the development of the country. Real estate has a high degree of relevance to other industries. The scope of the real estate industry is relatively wide and it directly affects the people’s livelihood issues in China. Therefore, it is very important for the development of real estate in the future. By studying the development background of China’s real estate industry, the article analyzes the new situation the existing real estate industry faces, and then seeks to adjust the real estate marketing strategy under the new situation.
