目的建立毛细管柱气相色谱同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯等多组分的方法。方法用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳解吸,DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果该方法分离效果较好,检出限在0.12μg/mL~0.38μg/mL,相关系数≥0.999 8,解吸效率在87.5%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<3.0%。结论该方法分析快速、准确、灵敏,适用于工作场所中多组分有机溶剂同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of acetone, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene in the workplace air. Methods The samples were taken from activated carbon tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated on a capillary column of DB-624 (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results The separation efficiency was good. The detection limit was 0.12μg / mL ~ 0.38μg / mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999 8, the desorption efficiency was 87.5% -99.8%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was <3.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous determination of multi-component organic solvents in the workplace.
